Any service supplied by Workshop Graphics is subject to the following Terms & Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice. By accessing any page on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Logos / Brand / Trademarks
The appearance and or usage of brand/marks (logos) within this site are used as examples only and are in no way directly affiliated with Workshop Graphics brand products unless otherwise stated. All logos and or brand marks are the property of their respective owners and may only be used with written permission from their respective owners. Customer usage of such logos and brand marks are done so at your own risk and are provided only under the assumption you have received the appropriate permissions. Workshop Graphics does not audit the appropriate usage of said brands or marks.

2. Designs
Any and all designs created by Workshop Graphics shall remain the property of Workshop Graphics unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to copy or reproduce any design will result in Legal action unless prior authorisation has been sort.

3. Warranty Refund Policy
Workshop Graphics stands by its products and services 100%. In the event of failure Workshop Graphics will replace or refund said products at its own descretion.

4. Application Disclaimer
Workshop Graphics accepts NO responsibility for damage, injury, or any other liability resulting from the installation of our stickers and decals.

5 . Colour Matching
Digital proofs are provided upon request via email or the web. Colour matching is done to the best of our ability. Due to the infinite configuration possibilities of end-user hardware and software, it is impossible to perfectly match the proof that is provided. All proofs are understood to be close representations of the printed product, and will inevitably have a certain degree of deviance from a monitor’s image.
